What is a digital download?
A digital download is a file you receive after purchase that you can save and print yourself. Nothing will be shipped to you.
The Happy Organisers creates printable tools for family life, routines and learning, as well as printable wall art for kids’ spaces.
How do I download my purchase?
Your files will be available to download after your purchase is complete. You’ll also receive access to your download by email, so you can save the files to your device and print them whenever you’re ready.
Will I receive anything in the mail?
No. All products from The Happy Organisers are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.
Can I print my purchase more than once?
Yes. You can print your files again whenever you need a fresh copy for your own personal or household use.
What sizes are included?
Sizes vary depending on the product.
Our planners, routines and family printables typically include A4 and US Letter sizes. Printable wall art includes multiple print sizes and ratios.
You’ll always find the exact files and sizes included on the individual product page.
What paper should I use?
For planners, routines and everyday family printables, regular printer paper works perfectly well. If you’d like something sturdier, you can use heavier paper or cardstock.
You can also laminate pages you’d like to reuse.
Printing Wall Art
What sizes are included with printable wall art?
Each standard wall art design comes with high-quality JPG files at 300 DPI, giving you flexibility when choosing your print size:
- 24×36" file (2:3 ratio) — also fits 20×30", 16×24", 12×18", 8×12"
- 18×24" file (3:4 ratio) — also fits 15×20", 12×16", 9×12", 6×8"
- 16×20" file (4:5 ratio) — also fits 12×15", 8×10", 4×5"
- 11×14" file (11:14 ratio)
- ISO sizes — A1, A2, A3 and A4
What does “also fits” mean?
It means the same file can be printed at several different sizes that share the same ratio.
For example, if you want a 16×24" print, you can use the 24×36" file because both have a 2:3 ratio. The file can be resized without changing the shape of the artwork.
Can I print my wall art at home or should I use a print shop?
Either works.
Home printing is convenient for smaller sizes. For larger prints, or if you don’t have a suitable printer, you can use a local print shop or an online printing service.
Will the colours look exactly the same when printed?
Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, printer, ink and paper. This is normal when printing digital artwork.
If you’re printing at home and want to check the result first, try a test print before printing your final size.
What paper should I use for wall art?
For a nice finish, I recommend matte paper or thick cardstock. Glossy paper can also work if you prefer that look, but matte paper usually reduces glare when the artwork is framed.
Personal Use & Licensing
Can I use my files for commercial purposes?
No. The Happy Organisers digital products are for personal use only.
You may print them for yourself and your household, but you may not resell, redistribute or reproduce the digital files for commercial use.
Can I share the files with friends or family?
The digital files are for the purchaser’s personal use and shouldn’t be shared or redistributed.
If a friend or family member would like their own copy, please direct them to The Happy Organisers.

What is your refund policy?
Because our products are digital downloads, we can’t offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.
If you experience a problem with your order or files, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.
I’m having trouble with my download. What should I do?
